Wings
Nella’s Wings is a beautiful and gentle exploration of a child's dream to fly.
Nella never speaks but she loves to draw. Her drawings guide us into her imagination where we visit flying creatures that live in the snow, the desert, the sea and the garden.
Using table top puppets and beautiful shadow theatre Nella’s Wings is without text and is supported by recorded music and exquisite live singing by the solo performer, Sue Wallace one of Australia’s leading puppeteers.
Nella’s Wings received a Special Children’s Award at the World Carnival of Puppetry in Thailand in 2014 and awarded for Puppetry Excellence in Subotica, Serbia 2017.
